You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) to use SpicyNode. This platform generates explicit AI content for personal use. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws. Tokens are prepaid, non-refundable except for failed generations (auto-refunded), and non-transferable.
Generated images and videos are stored on our servers for a maximum of 8 hours, then permanently deleted. Chat history is retained to maintain persona continuity and can be deleted on request. We do not sell personal data. Voice input (if used) is processed in your browser.
Zero tolerance. Any content that sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited and impossible to generate: all prompts and persona descriptions pass automated safety filtering that blocks minor-related and real-person-likeness requests before any generation occurs. We prohibit non-consensual intimate imagery of real people, and content depicting real identifiable individuals without consent.
Reporting: To report suspected CSAM or policy violations, email abuse@spicynode.com. We review all reports promptly, remove violating content, preserve evidence as required by law, and report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) and cooperate fully with law enforcement, as required under 18 U.S.C. §2258A.
Violations result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to authorities.
